Origin is dedicated to finding, roasting and blending great coffees from all the quality growing regions on the continent. We’re uncompromising in exploring and integrating the countries, growing conditions, local practices, market characteristics, the people & their social situations into our African coffee equation. We establish sustainable supplies and reinvest in our suppliers. These long-term relationships with our growers enable us to celebrate the Origin of our beans. Being deeply involved on the continent allows us to sustainably showcase the best of Africa.
Our zealousness is encouraged by experiences on the road. Too often, going to the great countries of origin, one is dismayed at the lack of expert roasting & preparation of coffee drinks. This compels us to work proactively with professionals (growers, hoteliers, restauranteurs, baristas) from neighbouring African countries. We take the extraordinary quality they provide to the speciality coffee industry worldwide and celebrate it at the source.
